In these Terms, the words "we", "us", and "our" refer to Saffron Food Company, and the words "you" and "your" refer to any person who visits the website, messages us on WhatsApp, or places an order.
These Terms of Use govern your use of the website and the WhatsApp ordering channel, and form a binding legal contract between you and us. They are to be read together with our Privacy Policy and our Returns and Refund Policy. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the other two documents, these Terms prevail except where the conflict relates specifically to personal data (in which case the Privacy Policy prevails) or to returns and refunds (in which case the Returns and Refund Policy prevails).
By visiting the website, sending us a message on WhatsApp in response to a Buy or Order prompt on the site, or placing an order with us, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the website or place an order.

We are unable to fulfil orders outside this area until further notice.

Saffron Masala Chai is a sealed, packaged premium masala tea blend, manufactured and sold under our FSSAI licence.The product contains tea leaves and a blend of spices. It is manufactured in a facility that handles other spices and tea varieties. If you have any allergy or dietary restriction, please review the ingredient list on the pouch before consumption.Product photographs on the website are representative. Actual packaging, weight, and appearance may vary marginally and within the tolerances permitted under the Legal Metrology (Packaged Commodities) Rules, 2011.We reserve the right to modify the blend, packaging, weight, or pricing at any time, with such changes applying to orders placed after the change takes effect.
The display of products on the website is an invitation to treat, not an offer to sell. The contract for the sale of any product is formed in the following sequence:You click an Order CTA on the website, which opens WhatsApp with a pre-filled message. Sending that message constitutes your offer to purchase.We confirm acceptance of the offer on WhatsApp only after we have received and verified your payment in our bank account. Until that point, no contract exists.We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion for any lawful reason, including, without limitation, suspected fraud, an address outside our service area, unavailability of stock, or an evident pricing or description error on the website.Where we decline an order after payment has been made, we will refund the amount in full to the same UPI account or bank account from which the payment was received, within five to seven business days.
All prices on the website are in Indian Rupees and are inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax, unless expressly stated otherwise.

We may revise prices at any time. The price applicable to an order is the price we confirm at the time we accept the order under Section 6.
In the rare event of a manifest pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order even after payment has been made, and to issue a full refund. We will not be obliged to honour a price that is clearly mistaken.
We currently accept payments only through the Unified Payments Interface (UPI). We do not accept cash on delivery, credit or debit cards, net banking, or wallet payments at this time.Payment is made by tapping the UPI deep link we send to you on WhatsApp, which opens your chosen UPI application with the payee details and order amount pre-filled. You complete the transaction within your UPI application. We do not collect or store your UPI ID, bank account details, or any payment credentials.A GST tax invoice will be issued to you on WhatsApp after payment is confirmed, in accordance with the Central Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017.
Deliveries are fulfilled within Pune, Maharashtra, through our courier partner Borzo.Indicative delivery time is twenty-four to forty-eight hours from order acceptance, subject to courier availability, serviceability, weather, and other operational factors.You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, including pincode, and an active mobile number that we and our courier partner can reach.Risk in the product passes to you when the product is handed over at the delivery address to you, to any adult at that address, or to any person you have authorised to receive deliveries on your behalf.If a delivery fails due to an incorrect address, repeated unavailability, or refusal to accept the order at the door, we reserve the right to either attempt redelivery at an additional cost to you, or cancel the order. In the case of cancellation in these circumstances, shipping charges are not refundable.
Cancellation, returns, and refunds are governed by our Returns and Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. In summary:You may cancel an order at no cost any time before it is dispatched.We accept returns or issue refunds only where the product is damaged in transit, the seal is missing or tampered with, the wrong product has been delivered, the product is past or near its best-before date at delivery, or there is a clear manufacturing defect.We are unable to accept returns where the pouch has been opened, where you have changed your mind, or where the request is raised more than forty-eight hours after delivery. Pending or registered status of the mark does not affect our common law rights in the mark.Nothing on the website grants you any licence to use any of our intellectual property, except for the limited, personal, non-transferable right to view the content for the purpose of placing an order. No reproduction, distribution, public display, modification, or commercial use of any content is permitted without our prior written consent.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Saffron Food Company, its proprietor, employees, agents, and contractors from and against any claim, demand, loss, liability, damage, cost, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the product, your violation of any law, or your infringement of any third party's rights.
We will not be liable for any delay in, or failure of, performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, fire, flood, pandemic or epidemic, government action, civil disturbance, strike, embargo, courier disruption, internet or telecommunication outage, or supply chain failure. During such an event, our obligations under the affected order will be suspended for the duration of the event, and we will use reasonable efforts to mitigate the impact.
We may, at our sole discretion and without prior notice, refuse service to any person, cancel any order, block any WhatsApp number, or take down the website temporarily or permanently. Where we cancel an order for which payment has already been received and the reason for cancellation is not your breach of these Terms, we will refund the amount paid in full.

Subject to your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Pune, Maharashtra.
